HPN is blessed to know you want to join our "I to I" Prayer Partner Program. As as soon as you complete and return the application following, we'll start the process to connect you.
We believe "fervent, effectual prayer avails much" for those called to serve God in a dark place. Together with HPN and your prayer partner, as we seek God's divine will in the entertainnment industry, we can know that He will protect YOU and show you favor and success through doors that He alone can open -- not to mention impacting Hollywood for good and drawing those who don't know Him to Himself.
All the information you provide is held in strictest confidence. It is most important that you give complete answers to all the questions, as they help us in selecting the best intercessor for you -- one who is 'on the same page.'
Please read, initial your agreement to the guidelines below for the "I to I" Prayer Partnership Program, and return them with your completed application.

HPN "I to I" GUIDELINES For Industry Professionals Receiving Prayer
1. All information will be treated with the highest level of confidentiality. Your prayer partner has agreed not to discuss your requests with anyone. They are not allowed to forward them to any other websites or email addresses.
2. The intercessor who will be praying for you will make the first contact. You should introduce yourself and decide how often you want to be contacted by him\her and by what means (i.e. email, fax, telephone or in person.)
3. The ministry of Hollywood Prayer Network is to serve you through personal prayer. If you find your contact wanting a more or less significant relationship than you are comfortable with, please call your partner and discuss your expectations with him/her, or call me at the number below. I will talk with your prayer partner to remind them of the importance of being sensitive to your needs.
4. It is your responsibility to update your intercessor with requests, praises, and concerns. Please try to keep your prayer partner informed so that he/she can pray for your needs with with current information. We suggest that you make updates at least once a month. Also be sure to give them praise reports/updates on the requests you have given them so they will know how better to pray for you.
5. If over time you want to get to know your prayer partner a little better, feel free to connect with him/her as you both feel is appropriate. If for some reason the partnership is not working out for you, please call us immediately.
6. We believe with all our hearts that "the fervent, effectual prayer of the righteous avails much,," and that "with God all things are possible." So expectantly release your faith for the dreams/visions God has given you in your call, and together we will see His glory touch your life as you serve Him in Hollywood. We want to hear the praises you encounter along the way. Please be sure to email us with your updates.
HPN “I to I” GUIDELINES For Intercessors who are praying for Industry Professionals
1. All information is treated with the highest confidence. DO NOT pass the requests on to anyone else nor post them on any websites or forward them to any other email addresses.
2. You (INT) make the first contact. Introduce yourself and find out how often your IP wants to communicate, and by what means (e-mail, fax, mail, telephone, in person, etc.).
3. Remember HPN's ministry is to lift up and encourage the Christian professional. Please be careful to keep your focus on their needs.
4. If you are communicating over the phone or in person, pray for them right then -- don't just take the prayer request..
5. Over time you should get to know your Industry Professional on a more personal basis. If for some reason the partnership is not working out, please call us (323-462-8485, Ext. 116) so we can help you both achieve better results.
6. If you don't hear from your partner for a while, contact them for an update. Let them know you're praying for them. Ask for any updates, praises and/or requests. Encourage them in any way you can as the Spirit leads. Our call is to be servants for these missionaries in the industry.
7. Commit to pray weekly or even daily for your IP. Your prayers make the difference for their spiritual well-being in the front lines battle zone of Hollywood.

Submitted by Thunderbolt47 on Wed, 04/06/2011 - 00:26.At the Saturday Night Praise on April 2, 2011, at the St. Luke's United Methodist Church, I spoke with a family that often attends the dinner and service. Two cases of Cheerios were donated to their family. Since they did not need two cases, they decided to donate one case to the Saturday night dinner, the mother declaring, "Share the blessing." This comment resinated with me. How often Christians are labeled "Jesus freaks" and "hypocrites"--oftentimes rightfully so. But this family showed the real meaning of Christianity by SHARING what they had. I encourage you to do the same. When the Lord kindly gives you something, show your gratitude (after you thank Him in prayer) by giving something to someone else. By giving, God pays you back exponentially. I know; I do it myself. I have given donations and have had monumental blessings in return, not all of them monetary (although that blessing certainly helps!). Try it; you shall not be disappointed. Phil. 2:4
